There’s actually never been a better time to get into Real Estate! A down trending market means fear in the market. When people are scared to buy, and houses are sitting on the market, month after month, that’s when the BEST deals are sourced! This is when you can get incredible deals at numbers that you wouldn’t even believe me if I told you. Let me clarify, there are ALWAYS deals, ALWAYS! In an ascending market, in a descending market, and in every City and State you can think of, that I can guarantee you. You just have to know how to find them. With that being said, there are also many different strategies for each type of market and economy, and that too is thoroughly covered throughout the course.

As previously mentioned, there are ALWAYS deals to be found. If you are outside sunbathing, does it take away from my sun? No. It’s the same with Real Estate. You just need to know the right strategies. With that being said, the market may be saturated with wholesalers (people scared to actually purchase their deals and make larger profits on them), but definitely not investors. Knowing the strategies discussed throughout this bootcamp will give you an edge at obtaining deals that the wholesalers and others just can’t compete with. At times, feeling like taking candy from a baby! (Which you should never do! We do not condone taking candy from babies).

A couple of things on this topic. A) Interest rates do not matter to us and they do not affect our day to day business. It might change our strategies at times, but it most definitely does not prevent us from acquiring Real Estate, and on the contrary, it actually assists us in getting better deals. Do you rather buy an overpriced house with a low interest rate or an underpriced house with a higher interest rate? The short answer is: You always rather the underpriced house as you can always refinance the rate when it goes back down. B) There are many strategies to Real Estate, from acquisitions, to flips, to wholesaling, to creative financing. There is a strategy for every economy, and in Cashflow Bootcamp we thoroughly go over each of them.

No. You do not need a Real Estate license to invest in Real Estate, however, it is HIGHLY recommended that you invest the $250 - $500 and 2 - 3 weeks that it will take you to get your Real Estate license as it will make a monumental impact on the creation of your empire and Real Estate career.

No. I started with a 500 credit score in 2016! Credit is very important in many aspects of life, including Real Estate, however, having good credit is not mandatory. Regardless, the course also talks about credit and learning how to improve it, which is relatively easy to do and there is no reason you can’t improve your credit by the time it starts making any difference in your Real Estate career.
